By using PATHSTORY, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

PATHSTORY is a web application that connects to your Strava account, imports activity data needed for the user experience, and generates map-based previews and downloadable exports from selected activities.

Your Strava account

You are responsible for the Strava account you connect to PATHSTORY and for ensuring that you are authorized to use the related activity data. You may revoke PATHSTORY access from your Strava settings at any time.

Permitted use

You may use PATHSTORY only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service, overload the infrastructure, or misuse third-party integrations such as Strava or map tile providers.

Intellectual property

The PATHSTORY application, branding, design, and software remain the property of the operator or its licensors. Your underlying activity data remains yours or subject to the rights and terms of Strava and other relevant providers.

Generated exports

You are responsible for how you use, share, print, or publish exports generated by PATHSTORY. Make sure your use of generated material complies with applicable law and third-party platform terms.

Availability and changes

PATHSTORY may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service is provided on an as-available basis and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

No warranty

PATHSTORY is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. This includes no guarantee that the service will always be error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-related damages arising from your use of PATHSTORY, third-party service outages, or generated outputs.

Termination

The operator may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused, abused, or used in violation of these terms or applicable law.
